How many miles and what part of the country did it come from?

it had under 100,000 miles, it came from a town 1 hour north of columbus, ohio. Got it for my truck but decided to trade truck in for a newer one with four doors.

I'm a little green on "open and limited slip" I know on this rearend I can spin one wheel and the other wheel spins the other way. If that helps any
