dash light flashing on and off...

the lamp out light flashes on and off randomly in an 03 dodge cummins and i was wondering if anyone would have an idea what it is? and all the lights are working...

Mine just started dinging too, but i know mines the 3rd light and the stack rumbles it i think possibly causing it to go....ding...ding...ding...ding..most annoying crap ever

my old 03 did this as well the board that holds the lights for the tail lights was melted

My dad's 03 Hemi was doing this for a few days and it ended up being a brake light flickering out.
