I have a datalogger for sale that was used for one season, it is like new. Made by Joe Servo.

Comes with the logger, the wiring harness, 8 EGT probes, and 2 pressure sensors. It logs rpm as well by tapping into your factory wiring (on a Dodge anyway). It has the ability to add more channels just need to buy the sensors. You can monitor inputs in realtime, review max readings after the run, or download the data to a PC.

Works excellent, just plan to go to a datalogger with a dash option.

Total of 15 channels
EGT sensors/wiring are around $55 each
Boost sensors are around $105 each (about any range you want)
IIRC it will do a few rpm inputs, you can use sensors and mount on items like your balance, etc. I just never needed to as I spliced into the factory wiring.
No removable memory, it logs one run at a time and you can either view data on the handheld logger or download to a PC to run the associated software for viewing/saving, etc.

I will get some pics today, harness is like new, not all hacked up. I just tied into the ends of the wires needed.
