I was just wondering how a DD Feramic Button would be compared to a DD Ceramic Button clutch, in a daily driver. Would it be a pain to drive or would it be a pain at first untill you learn the clutch? I just want to do this right the first time and not get something and wish I got the other . I might tow 12K 5 times a year and once the sled hooks me I will hook it as much as I can!
Thanks,Brandon

Ceramic is just fine for what you are going after.

ive got a 3850 spring hub ceramic south bend dd in my 07 daily driver and it is about like stock the peddle effort is more but the clutch is a lot smoother than i expected

Thanks for the reply guys :thankyou2:

if you are going to sled pull i wouldnt recommend the sprung hub DD. just more stuff to break.

i have a 3850 12CB now and it works great, but with as much as i like to abuse it, i will be upgrading to a 4200 iron giant at the end of the season.
