dead truck, help!

So I left my truck running for a few minutes today while I was inside, and I heard it die. Went outside and one of the wires to the wiper motor was melted. But it didn't melt any other wires. Now the truck won't even crank over, fuel system won't come on, and the radio won't work. The lights and blower motor do work though. Anybody know what the problem might be? ThAnks!

check fuses. check the ones carefully under the hood as the are decieving if they are blown or not.

You were right! Guess I needed to check them a third time lol
