Dead VP44?

I have an 02 3500 auto. Drove it this morning to a buddys and it didn't want to start when I left. Got it cranked but when it hits about 1,200-1,300 rpm's it pops and blows white smoke. I pulled codes P1693, P1688, P0251, P0252. The code I'm concerned with is the P0252. From what I can gather this means I need a new injector pump. Anybody have this problem or have any info?

Have you tried dropping it back down to stock and seeing how it runs?

Not yet I'll try that this afternoon

I tried driving it with the programmer off and it still pops and smokes. I could barely get over 20 mph
