Deal or no deal?

Ok Cummins guys! I know very little about cummins Diesels except they have a reputation of being a reliable engine when taken care of. And they chew up auto trannys. There's a 01 dodge cummins 2500 ext.cab long bed 24 valve for sale at a car lot. 200 k miles with aftermarket exhaust,looks like 5" muffler back,3" lift @,35/12.50,18's that are slick. Bully dog chip/programmer(has the monitor on dash) white blue trim sport pkg. 10,500$ asking. What are some things to look for on this truck? I haven't driven it,opened hood, anything just outside browsing. What is avg life of injectors,turbo,trannyetc....?
I'll be using more or less daily driver and backup to haul 12k lbs Tagalog camper empty 14 loaded.
