Delta Fair Truck Pull- Labor Day- September 7, 2009

Memphis Agricenter International
7777 Walnut Grove Rd. Memphis, TN 38120.

· Registration starts at 1p.m. Pull starts at 2 p.m.
· 75% payback and a $30 entry fee

Truck Pull Classes

Gas Class- Street legal gas truck. Anything goes but must be street legal.

Stock Diesel Class- Stock Turbo, Aftermarket Intake, Exhaust and Programming allowed, no visible performance modifications other than intake and exhaust. Maximum Weight 8500 lbs

Diesel Class 2- Stock turbo, Fuel system modifications allowed, hanging weights allowed, Max weight 8500 lbs

Diesel Class 3- Aftermarket Turbos, hanging weights allowed, maximum weight 9000lbs

Diesel Class 4- Anything goes, nitrous, propane, water methanol, no weight limit

Rules

·First Puller in each class gets the option to re-pull
·1” Suspension travel in all classes except Diesel 4
·If you break a drive shaft and you don’t have u-joint shields your pull is disqualified. If you break a drive shaft and you have shields your pull counts.
·If your hitch breaks you are disqualified
·If you are unable to drive the truck off the track you are disqualified
·If you have not reached 75ft. you may back up and start over one time.
·All tires must be DOT legal uncut
·Exhaust must exit behind the cab in all classes except Diesel 4
·The three members of the tech staff will address anything the tech staff finds unsafe or unfair. Three tech staff members will be present on each tech inspection.
·Nitrous, Propane, Water-methanol allowed only in Diesel class 4
·If a truck is over 8500 lbs. in the stock diesel class the tech staff has the option to let them pull if no weight has been added. Don’t show up with a full tank of diesel and be over 8500 and expect to pull

Good to hear im pretty sure this is gonna be one of the biggest pulls in the south. Thats why we are starting at 2 in the afternoon instead of at night. Dont wanna be up all night long like that chaos at TS.
 
Me and my dad went to TS and pulled and it was 5:30 am when we hooked to the sled but anyways............................ silver mega cab why did u not show up at mayfield ky ?

Well as i stated on the Mayfield post my truck just has a bully dog but i have tracion bars and i didnt want to take them off to pull in the stock class but didnt want to pull with the 2.6 trucks
 
The Delta fair should be a great place for a good southern pull. All you northern boys should come down and experience it. Ain't that something, the south looking for some help from the north. Come on guys be a hero and help the southern guys out a little and show up
 
The track is looking good i was there yesterday just brainstorming and making sure everything is in order. We aint waiting til the last minute like TS to decide to make a track!
