detriot locker problem

Got a dana 80 with a detroit locker that has alot of slack in it. The outside dia. of the ring gear will turn probably an inch with tires on the ground. Has anyone had this problem? Cost much for parts to fix?

I had the same thing happen to mine.I was puting in a new clutch and found it. I checked it again in a week or so after pushing it around the barn lot. And it was fine, that was two years ago and 75 some hooks latter. I beleive your locker unlocked and never locked back in.
