detroit in front?

i know the arb is the ticket but has anyone ran a detroit in front for pulling? also what is the spline count up front on a 96 dodge 2500 dana 60?

30 spline, a detroit will work in the front.

2000 and older and most 2001's had the central axle disconnect(CAD). In two high you would not be putting any drive on the input, or on the passenger side. I know guys who run welded carriers in the front with a CAD.
The guy that runs the posi in the front said in the winter if you were in the gas, you were going straight no matter what direction the wheel was turned.
