Detroit TrueTrac, Dana 60 3.54 Ring and Pinion

Ive got a Detroit TrueTrac out of my puller. 35spline, fits Dana80 3.73 and down. Worked great in my truck but I switched to a set of 4.88s and 37 splines so I no longer can use this. I would like to get $425 shipped. This unit is over $620 new.

Also have the stock ring and pinion out of the Dana 60. 3.54 ratio. Still looks to be in fine shape. Make offer.

What spline are the stock axles?
 
OH yeah! Forgot it was for 3.55s. Trying to come up with something that won't break the bank! What did you do with you twisted SCS axles? According to those guys you can still run them when they twist!
 
Do you need any other parts to have it installed?
Reason I'm asking, is I picked up a TruTrac also, but its just the LSD.
I got mine brand new no box for $200 at a swap meet, talk about a lucky find!

BTW people thats a good price Teddybear is offering. I see them on ebay here and their and they go for $400+ all the time.
