Anybody have DHRA Houston sled pulling results ? video would be great as well :)

This is my 13.2@101mph pass with a little n02 you can see it jerk off the line...the guy in the maroon cheby next to me ended up winning that class and I think he was running a 12.5 or something.

This is what happens when you have over 500HP and you have had a couple beers, and people have been talking to you while in the staging lanes and you forget to put it in 4wd.....LOL

I think there were like 15-20 in the WS
Probably 10 in the 2.6
5 in the 2.8
3 in the promod
2 in the mod

We tried to jump a class, but they wouldn't allow it. We would have even let the 3 in the promod be guaranteed 1-3 and then the jumpers would have a shot at 3rd place and down, of course that was never discussed. After some discussion with some of the field, I think that was the concern. Having a lower powered truck come into the next class and beat a truck that broke. With the distances many traveled, I can see some concern about that.

I was very fortunate I had a friend taking his puller down, that I hopped a ride with and Garrett towed my truck down for a very cheap price, it even made it down there in one piece. I am still anxiously awaiting the outcome of the return trip though. LOL

That is funny, I follow him back to the hotel. I was in a car and was worried, but garret kept on trucking. He drove better then i did in all that traffic.

I had a great time even with the problem on the truck was great to meet some of you guys out their, was also nice of garret to get me out of the shop for a weekend. had a great time and am still try to recoup from lack of sleep.

What was the list for Street Diesel? I am still tring to find out where I placed I went 293 feet but never heard or saw an offical street placement list and DHRA has nothing posted, any help would be appreciated
 
For the 2.6 I hear Lynn Chupp won with a 320 ft pull. 2nd place was 308 but don't know the puller (sorry).

Thanks for the info. Hopefully someone will post a complete list with street class included, Since there were only 5 pulling in street we should have all placed. I had figured DHRA would have a list under event results, but nothing is posted. I didn't any of the street class went over 300, I had thought that was Super street? But if they did that's great!! :woohoo::rockwoot:

If anyone has more results on the sled pulling information please post, thanks
