It has three bigger diamonds and three smaller diamonds on the sides and two diamonds in the inside of the ring. shows no wear..it comes with a life time commitment plan that covers justt about everything for this ring including cleanings! originally bought for $700

Cuz it's a size 4. My 12 yr old daughter wears a bigger ring size than that. It is a hell of a deal though.
