Students must meet several requirements, such as: special interest and familiarity of motorsports; completed coursework in marketing, public relations, and motorsports studies; effective communication skills; attention to detail; responsible and dependable; and have flexible weekend hours.
Neysa Peters, team leader for DieselSport, stated “I wanted to build a dedicated street team to promote the national events and what better way to utilize the efforts of our local universities.” She continued, “We get started March 2nd with a 13-week, 18-city promotional tour for the FASS Diesel Nationals and we will need all the help we can get!”

DieselSport Promotions announces internship program
The long time promotions company that started “Thunder in Muncie” and still supports Diesel Hot Rod Association today, DieselSport Promotions announced today that it has formed an internship program for motorsports-focused colleges. Students can apply for an internship and once selected, will travel with the promotions team in support of DHRA’s national events.Students must meet several requirements, such as: special interest and familiarity of motorsports; completed coursework in marketing, public relations, and motorsports studies; effective communication skills; attention to detail; responsible and dependable; and have flexible weekend hours.
