Displacement Tool and Lead Crimp

Hey guys. I'm looking for a tool to measure engine displacement. The type that pumps fluid into once cylinder through an injector hole.

I'm also looking for a lead slug crimp to seal turbos and engine blocks.

If anyone knows where I can get one that'd be great.

I would contact some of the sanctioning body tech people to see where they get their stuff. What are you trying to tech?

The tractors in our class are upset with the different cubic inches allowed in our heavy tractor class. Last night at the meeting they said if someone came up with the tool they'd teach and seal each tractor competing for points before the season started.

Does it have to be a fancy tool or would they be good with a home made version?

Wouldn't be very hard to make one.
