I've decided to go a little further with my camaro project.. May 1st, it gets a complete chrome-moly tube frame, suspension, cage, a Moser fabbed rear, aerospace brakes, r&p steering, etc.. They are building it like an OSCA car so I can compete in their events. Even with the dmax, they said weight will be under 3500 with me in it. I've decided to try to build the motor to produce some power so it won't be a complete embarassment racing against them.. I'm sure it won't be in the 4's like the other cars they have, but I want something that will get it down the track in the 5's in the eighth mile. The motor is in KY.. If anyone knows where I can get it into a good shop for rods, pistons, etc, please let me know.. I am leaning towards a set of MPI twins.. Any advice is appreciated.

I dunno if Kyle at Crank It Up (ohio) would do it? Otherwise, you have Merchant?

Get in touch with RyanU on DieselPlace. He uses a local guy/shop (in KY) and his truck runs real well IMO. Let me know if you need some assistance in getting in touch with Ryan, I can try and reach him through other avenues.

Danville Performance in Danville Indiana, I know they helped Tazman alot with his motor

Well, I ended up making a deal with Brayden and Chase at Fleece Performance in Indiana. They are picking up the engine next weekend to take it back to their shop to do the build.. They're doing rods, 16 to 1pistons, head studs, main studs, valve springs, turbo, diamond eye down pipe, bd manifold, modified injection pump, air dog lift pump, and the complete tear down and reassembly. Twins, nitrous, and dual fuelers are also in discussion. I can't wait to see the end result...

PPE dual fuelers are now added and paid for.. Now it will have the fuel to support some good numbers..
