Dodge electrical help

[HIGH TECH RAM]

I have a problem with my harness that feeds power to the lift pump. The 4 pin harness that feeds into my tank, has no power on pin number 4 which is lift pump hot. How can I figure this out. I am an electrician so I know ectrical theory. I also know that power comes from the ecm. How can I figure out why I do not have 12v at the end of the harness????? any body

Check the fuel pump relay. (Not sure if 06 has them.) If they do, it'd be in the under hood fuse block.

Just an idea, never had to change one.

tHEY stoped the relays in 05 and went threw the ecm 06 on. thats what i thought at first but there is no relay
