does hydroboost brakes self bleed itself?

i have a 97 3500 12v , i had to replace the brake line that runs from the master cylinder to the top side of block thats on the frame. do i need to open the bleeders and bleed it that way or does it self bleed itself? my dad thanks it bleeds itself.

The hydro boost will circulate out the air on it own. the problem here is, you are talking about the brakes, not the hydro boost. You must always bleed the brakes.
