Does this sound like an ECM failure

While driving my 98.5 this morning my oil pressure fell to 0 on the gauge cluster. I have a mechanical gauge in it also so I was able to verify it had oil pressure. Moments ater the Water in Fuel light came on. A short while after the truck started losing power. Everyonce in a while the gauge cluster oil pressure gauge would register pressure and a short time after the truck seemed to have power again. When I left work for the hell of it i unplugged the Water in fuel sensor for the drive home with no change. Closer to home I got it would always seem as if it was low on power. I foudn the wiring diagram on Dodgeram.org and by looking at it it looks as if the IAT, WIF, MAP sensors are all powered off the same line and then sends a signal to the apps. After looking at that it makes sense as why it would lose power, seems as the same as when I had a MAP sensor fail a while back. Also one thing i noticed is my quadzilla XZT+ does nothing to change power levels at all, I also have the program uploaded on it for the high idle. I now notice the high idle does not work anymore. I have tried unplugging the quadzilla to verify it is not the cause of the problem. While unplugged there is no change in how the ecm is acting. If anyone has any suggestions I woudl greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

Make sure your battery terminals are making good contact with battery. When they aren't all kinds of weird things can happen

Now I am not 100% familiar with tuners on the 24v but I have had some experiences with tuners wrecking house on my 08 duramax when I had it.

Will unplugging the quad return your truck back to the stock setting? I would go back to the stock setting than try to go back to where you were power wise. If it doesn't work I would assume your tuner might have something to do with it and may need a reflash (I am guessing here) and also just like disturbed said check your electrical terminals at the battery and junction box for corrosion or loose ends

Went through last night and checked the battery terminals, all the ground connections on the block, batteries, and body. That didnt make any difference. I also took the Quad out of it. It just plugs into the data link plug and the Map sensor. And with it disconnected it makes no difference. I'm just getting confused. I drive this truck everyday about 75 miles a day and just like that it did this. Its not like this sits weeks on end without being run. I'm trying to get ahold of a used ECM to try.
