Doing studs, what else should I do?

I bought studs, new valve springs, new manifold, and turbo shopping now. Is there anything else I should change( like push rods ) for the truck? After this I'm not doing anymore work. I dont turn more then 3800rpms.

The rods are gonna be fine

Might look into a set of upgraded retainers and locks as well. Your push rods will be just fine.
