Door hinge (pins & bushing) replacement

I googled and found some write ups on the door hinge replacement (pins & bushings) but not any good one's. I searched on here but maybe typing in the wrong key words (lead me to nothing). So my question is has anyone done this and have a good write up on it or pics to show how they did it? It's for a 2001 drivers door. I have a kit from LMC Truck but no instructions. Thanks for reading
 
Depending an the kit it a just a remove and replace type of a deal or if your hinges are worn you can drill them out for bigger pins/bushings or just replace the hinges.
My 97 had bad hanging doors and pin/bushing kit tightened/lined everything back up.
 
I used a floor jack with some dunnage to support the door and did one hinge at a time. Now i make sure to lube the pins along with the hood hinges every oil change.
