I am going to get the 1/2" Draw straw. What do I do with the factory elbows on top of my tank do I just plug one off then run my return line to the other, if I do what should I use to plug the other off with? Do you think it would make a diffrence to run 1/2" line from my tank to the FASS then 3/8" from the FASS to the IP? Will I put my fuel pressure gauge befor the IP or after the IP? I am going to delete the fuel heater strainer and the water seperator and the stock LP and go straight to the IP.
I am going to the FASS 150-180-1010@45psi do I need any kind of regulator or just hook-up and roll?
Sorry for all the questions any help would be great!!

Go 1/2 line from the tank to the IP, you need volume more than pressure.

Not sure on the FP for a 12V, but IIRC the 30-40PSI range and higher is not a bad thing.

FP gauge at the fitting going into the IP, you want to see what you are getting to the pump and how much (if any) the pump is able to draw it down.

To plug off the factory draw line I would just cut the factory hose off long enough to stick a bolt in and hose clamp it tight in the hose.
