I was at Doug's shop the other day and he showed me some 6.0 heads and how the fuel enters the head on one side and the fuel wraps around the injector lined up i a series. The hole seemed small that said has any drilled out the holes all the way though to accommodate more flow or it it as big as it going to be due to injector o-rings?

A long time ago BogginF350 told me he drilled the heads and stepped up to a 14mm opening with something rediculous like 3/4 fittings on it.

I don't know if there was any pre and post testing. I think it was done for more of a wow factor.

With a good regulated return, there is no pressure drop. leads me to believe that they are large enough to keep up with any size injector.

If you drill them out with a 9/16" bit and tap them for a 3/8" NPT. fitting it removes the step down in the rail before the stock fittings. Those heads drill and tap very easily, but you would need them off the truck to do it.
