Will the front and rear end out of a 94 work under a 02? If not what all is different?

It will work but why would you want? 94 d60 is 30 spline where the 02 is 32 the rears should be the same spline

The 94 d60 also has inboard brake rotors. No way I'd swap it!

I'm trying to buy a 02 cab and frame and I already have the front/rear end from a 94... I think I can get the rear end from him but I think he has already sold the front.
