Is this unit suppose to have an adjustable dial? I thought it did, at least the picture shows it. If it doesnt come with it can i order one?

I tried calling a few times this past thurs and fri, no answer.
 
I believe there's a big thread about them shutting the doors without telling anyone.
 
I have the same model number, without the Q, and all takes is a simple potentiometer ran to ground.
 
son of a *****. i just read the whole thread, i guess thats a big fat NO on the ordering a switch thingy.
Any one knows who makes their electronics?
 
This is all you need. The middle is the ground and the outside goes to the box. This one is for sale also if you just want to go that route.
