DT-466 Demand?

Is there a big market for a running (using some oil) DT-466 engine? I have aquired one that was used in a medium-duty tow truck that was retired due to a bad 5-spd and starting to use oil.

On further edit: It has a rotary style pump (haven't checked the pump numbers yet), and is not electronic of any sort, nor has an aftercooler.
