I wanna run a dual feed fuel system, but am not sure which would be a better idea. I want to run the stock pump for normal driving and put a holley black electric pump on a toggle switch and flip it on when i need the extra volume. On the B diagram would the stock lift pump's pressure(55psi) exceed and backfeed the electric pump circuit(14psi)? And on the A diagram would the stock lift pump pull fuel through the holley if it was off? Which would be a better system to go with?

Option A will not work if the holley is off. I would go with option B if your just wanting something to help feed the pump.

Would it be easiest to run the A option and just run the electric pump all the time?

I plumbed mine similar to option "B" but went with an individual supply line from the tank for each pump. I dont anticipate out growing it this way $.02

Since the pressure would be less from the electric pump would the mechanical just push the fuel through the secondary line and back to the tank?

I like the idea of option B....anymore thought onto it?

What about running 2 electric pumps for the dual feeding? Not the stock mechanical one...

I have an AirDog 150 right now, wondering if running another electric lift pump to the front port of the p-pump for the dual feeding would be worth the time/effort.

I personally dont see anything wrong with option A.

Simple and easy to plumb, if you are already running a AirDog or FASS.
