dyno help?

guys, im hitting the dyno tommorow. can someone tell me the proper way to do it. ill be on a mustang dyno. im i supposed to have the o/d engaged, wait for the converter to lock up around 45mph, then punch it?.last time it was downshifting everytime.

I usually roll into mine at 60 and once it builds about 10 psi nail it. Or just start at 65mph and punch it. Mine will downshift at anything lower.
