I have been talking to a semi-local truck yard looking for H172s or F106s. I got a call back today and they have a bunch of E100 axles (a few H and F series also). These E-series axles have 6-lug hubs like the F106, and the guy speculated that they are comparable to the F-series as far as pinion size. Axle shaft diameter is currently not known.

Can anyone shed any light on these E series axles or does anyone have any experience with them?
 
I dont have any idea,I have a H172 rear,if you talked with Todd at TRD MACHINE he may know,makes a bunch of custom axles and parts.
 
Hey sorry had a little sleep now,trb machine,also I fond several axles going through an auction in Dec. I think they are 6.14 gear,Ill try to get the # off them.May be able to get them,around 150 to 200 each if interested
 
I'm not really looking for a source for these axles...just wondering if they are any good.
