Early 04' Box

[97' CTD]

I am a 12-valver my buddie bought a 04 2500 and we were wanting to know what is the best box HP wise could be had for around $500? We just put in the gauges and we are getting ready to do the tranny.

I highley recommend the dibilo predator for earily 04 cummins. I do not no if they are as bad for the 04.5 - 05 trucks but my buddy broke an output shaft with his dilblo sp66 injectors and thats it. plus u cant beat the price

the DS is ok, the Smarty works well if your truck doesnt drive by itself. Ive never heard anything bad about PPE either.

I have heard good things about the PPE and Diablo as well.

You will probably want to upgrade his stock turbo for anything over 100HP increase. They tend fly apart after that. :badidea:
