early 04 duramax. whats it worth?

looking at an early 04 crew cab short box 4x4 with 140,000 miles. its loaded, but has a prior salvage title due to being in a tornado. still needs ab ou $1000 woth of paint work.(paint on drivers side cab chipped to metal) has never had a fifth wheel or been pulled hard. ( reciever hole is still round instead of oval) dont watch duramax market much because im a cummins fan with a couple powerstrokes also. need to replace my 99 f250. any insight would be appreciated. thanks Tim
 
options are leather, cd heated seats, it was produced 10-03 so im guessing its an lbz. crew cab, short box, 4x4, and white.
