ecm/pcm going out?

Hwy guys I need some help on this one, trouble code 2509ecm/pcm power. What would or could be causing this code? Thanks guys for your help.

Do you have any problems with it running or starting? I got a code (don't remember the number) when I installed my Bully Dog tuner. It had something to do with the programming I figure as I have not had any problems.

It is a power supply interruption TO the ECM. That's what I was trying to say in the first post about the tuner. It seems to remove power or make the ECM think that power was removed completely when it "should" be on causing the code.
Does it run rough or not start or is it running fine and just tossing that code randomly?- Loose fuse, loose wire connection, broken pin in ECM connector, failure in ECM- that's all I've got, sorry no one else is jumping in with ideas.
