Is there anyway i can figure out the number on ecm without taking it off. Can i run the vin or something like that. Im trying to get a new one but there there isnt anything visibly to see without taking it off.

Well im workin 7-12s and here in b.f.e theres not anybody that has one.

It's only three 10pm bolts and one plug with an Allen key pretty easy to tale off. Just did it for my trans swap

It don't take long to get off, but I'd recommend taking the two bolts that hold the fuel filter canister out that hold it to the intake mantifold cap. Once you move that giant POS cannister out of the way, it won't take long and you can actually see what you are working on. If you leave it in place, it become more difficult.
