Edge Comp(Hot) ECM footprint??

Does the Edge Comp leave a footprint on the ECM? I'll be finding out for sure tomorrow, if nobody knows. I thought they did but, I don't remember for sure so i'll just have to let my buddy at Cummins tell me.

From what I was told by a tech at Cummins, they can tell if any alterations were made to the ECM by the parameters being above/below the norm. That is just what I was told, so take that info with a grain of salt.

I don't belive it leaves a footprint on the ecm, but don't take that to heart. However if you tap the wire they'll be able to tell

AFAIK no Footprint but the Wiretap is what gives it away. It doesnt alter the ECM just intercepts and changes the signals from the sensors.
