Edge Comp wireing harness

I've bought a 2001 cummins that has a edge comp on it. Well i'm getting rid of the comp and putting a adreniline on it. The truck needs a little bit of paint and a couple of little dents removed, so the guy that's gonna do it said that he'd just trade me the comp for the work that needs to be done to it. His truck's a 99, so i'm gonna need a different wireing harness for it to fit his truck. Correct? If i'm wrong please correct me. Anyways, if i'm right, where can i get a wireing harness to fit a 99? I'd be willing to trade someone the 2001 harness for their 99 harness, or i'll just buy a new one.

You'll just need the MAP adapter plug. Other than that it's the same. I think you can get one & a boost elbow from Edge.
 
IIRC the MAP sensor voltages are different on the 98.5 to 2000 and the 2001 and 2002, so it wont work. Someone else will hopefully correct me if I am wrong.

I've heard the same thing... and if you call Edge they will also tell you the same thing. Its a shame too since had mine sold to a guy with a 2001 and come to find out it has the 2000 motor :bang
 
Thanks guys. Looks like i'll just be selling it outright on either here or ebay, then just pay for the work.. Anyone need a edge comp??? :D
