Edge drag comp problem!

Well something went wrong with my comp the other day. For some reason it is stuck on level one and will not change at all. I also can't turn it off either. Anyone have any suggestion?
 
Send it back to Egde products and for a $50 deductable they will fix and update the box. You also have to pay shipping both ways.
 
mine would do that sometimes, just try pullin the plug on the back of the box and the nplug it back it!
 
i have had to send mine in also,not for your same problem but they are good to deal with.they fixed mine FREE!
 
Try unplugging it first. Mine did that the day after i got it back from edge after they did the hot unlock.
 
Well I tryed unplugging it and trying it again but that didn't work. Still stuck on level one. Although now my check engine light came on. :bang
 
THE ENGINE LITE CAME ON CUZ OF THE DISCONNECT TO THE MAP SENSOR.
ya gotta reset it tho it wont go away. my comp is in for repair right now for the same thing
 
check engine light will go away, pulling the plug while the motor is running trips a code run the truck like normal and itll shut off
 
I had the exact same problem with my comp box after it was sent in for the hot unlock they gave me another RMA number took it back and fixed it for free besides the shipping to them. I was told it was something on the circuit board that reads the button input. I am happy with it now works just like new with the added power.
