Egr delete what else?

Pressurize the cooling system. Go drink a few beverages. Lift the back end of the truck a couple feet in the air and look in the intake manifold. If its yellow let it mellow. If its brown flush it down. Er, wait. If its either color you should replace the cooler.
 
Hey Steve...your intake is done, it will be shipping out tomorrow..here is a quick camera phone picture..I should have better ones tonight..my camera did it no justice it looks really sharp..
