EGR delete

Yes you need an '01-'04 lb7 fed emissions up pipe and egr delete intercooler tube. Or just block off the stocker and build braces for it.
 
Do you know if there is anyone who is selling a kit for this, and by up pipes you mean the pipes from the exhaust manifolds to the turbo am i right. :bang
 
creatures of the night performance is the only "kit" I know of. Even then you need to supply your own up-pipe or have him modify yours
 
so i could just get a set of lb7 up pipes and they would bolt right up but they would bypass the egr system.

You only need the passenger side up pipe from an LB7, or have yours welded shut were the existing port goes up to the EGR cooler.......
 
And then you need somethink like Rick D Lance has to block the intake end.

could i use a intercooler boot and intake manifold from a lb7.

No. To use the LB7 or LLY tubes you have to replace the intake bridge & runners IIRC
 
I sourced it from creatures of the night performance but the thread on DuramaxDiesels says they're no longer being made.
