egr question

hey, dj my name is billy we met at DHRA and you checked my harley 6.0 out for me. Well i got my truck back finally after a week they changed the egr, 2 injectors, and the fuel pump. My questions is i sent it back because there was this air noise under the hood almost as if an air compressor hose laying inside going off the first thought was when they stripped the bolt on my banks intake they fixed that and the noise is still there and its running alittle sluggish at the start. I got under there and found were its coming from it seems to be the driver side base of the egr a tiny pin whole and u can feal the air. Is it sapose to have air coming out and maybe this is why its running alittle poor.

Or broke the one they did replace...or maybe broke yours trying to pull it out. It is hard to get out sometimes.
