my left turn signal blinks really fast and the right turn signal blinks normal
any ideas
also when i noticed the blinker issue my radio quit working and my cargo, dome, and under hood light all stopped working
i put new tow mirrors on my truck the other day and tested them out they are power and heated mirrors and it all worked fine. then one morning i went out to drive my truck and i noticed the power portion didnt work i couldn't move them with the controls and thats when i noticed my radio and interior dome lights and cargo lights werent working and i got the fast blink on my left turn signal.
so i checked all fuses and none were blown. so i pulled my cd player out to see if power was actully making it there thats when i noticed my 12v ignition wire had voltage(thats why the fuse was still good) but the constant 12v from battery for keeping memory was dead. so as a test i jumpered out the ignition 12v source to the constant and all my dome cargo and under hood light worked again. Then i went to try the mirrors and they moved for a second then it blew the fuse to the radio. ALL i know for sure is that the 12v constant for the radio memory is hardwired from the fuse box under the hood. its red and black and then changes to pink after the fuse box in the cab. This wire feeds the mirrors dome cargo and under hood light. I have been looking at wiring diagrams for like 3 hours seeing how it runs and im stumped on what is causing the problem. I feel like that pink wire has been broke some where in the dash and maybe shorted or went to ground.
sorry for the thesis but i wanted to shed some light so far
any ideas would be great
