engine check light wont stay off

While removing my banks tuning someone( wont mention names) turned my key to the on position and put my truck in nuetral to move it backwards. When i saw my truck had been moved before i could put all my stock connections together my heart stopped. It clearly says not to do it. Any how truck wouldnt start and trouble codes cant be cleared. I retuned it with a spartan dpf on tune and the truck started right up. But each time i erase it the dtc pops back up when the truck is turned off and on again. Is there any way i can complety clear the code? Or is something really wrong and i should change what the scanner is reading? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can get back to you on that. Right now im wrkn on a diff. Island. But i know when the truck couldn't start it was pulling 11 codes. Then the spartan tried to load n said failed at 25% . After that no codes and the truck started right up. So thats when i loaded the tune.
