Engine cuts out at 2,000 rpms

I did the auto to manual swap in my 2001 and now the first time you hit 2,000 rpms the engine cuts out and then after that it's fine til you shut it of and start again. Any ideas?

You need to get it reflashed if you didn't swap the ECM and PCM. I did a swap with last week with everything and have no issuse cause we swapped the ECM and PCM. It has to do with the computer not seeing the output shaft speed signal of the auto. Find a manual ECM and PCM or get your computers reflashed and it should solve the problem
