engine mounts

Any one know where to get engine mounts for a ag block to bolt in a truck. Buddy of mine had a engine built and know the mounts wont line up.

Is it the difference between the early mounts and the later model mounts?

I'm not sure he called me looking for help could it be that easy. Ill have to check with him he said the back hole about aligns with the front one.
