exhaust brake question?

can i plug the extra hole in my pac brake?i have 60lb springs.i plugged the little hole.what about the big one?thanks

You need to check your back pressure first. http://pacbrake.com/PDF/L5199.PDF

Pacbrake and Jacobs both recommend 60 psi.
Does it work better plugged? Yes.
Can it hurt my valve springs thus beginning a chain reaction which can cost me money? Yes.
