I recently bought an HX40 and bolted it up. been working on my 4" exhaust. I got the flange today in the mail to weld to my down pipe, but it doesnt match up with the flange on the turbo. the flange has an ID of 4", it actually slips over the entire exhaust outlet of the turbo, which has an OD of 4". Beginning to get frustrated!!! :bang Need help finding the correct flange to clamp to the turbo! Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

You might post up a couple pics. Most of the HX40s had a flange on the back of the turbo to accept a mating machined flange versus the typical flared pipe connection (see Source Automotive for this flange). But, I myself just got a hold of an HX40 that has the connection for flared exhaust pipe, could be the same issue you ran into.

Get a stock powerstroke downpipe and cut the end and turn it. Did it on a buddy's truck and worked perfect
