I have a huge whisle sound coming from the engine area,
Could this be the back Y-pipe in the flex part leaking a little?
Where's the best place to buy one to?

You need someone to rev the truck while your over the engine and see if you see smoke comming out. If you do then its problay in your up pipes. Have you recently had any work done on them?

I did a egr delete about 5000 miles ago

Well I'd start then and see if you got smoke comming from them. If so You can rip them off and re tighten them and see if that works. There gaskets in the system but you should have had them apart. The main up pipe connection is a simple metal on metal deal.
