Want to get a new manifold for my truck. Currently running a s475 with a .90 with a t3 manifold and t4-t3 adapter. I am thinking about buying a BD t6 manifold and running a t6-t4 adapter. Will this help or hurt flow compared to just using a t4 manifold? Any thoughts are welcome.

I don't see that a t6 manifold will do you any good.
A t4 foot will b a restriction and probably cause turbulence.

To update, I went with a bd t4 manifold and it works awesome. Spools the turbo twice as fast as the setup I had before. Definitely a great bang for your buck if you don't care about having a fancy looking manifold.

I think that might be part of my problem spooling wise, running a T3 with a T4 adapter on my 75/83 /90 T4 charger

I had that issue also with my adapter. thanks for the heads up. I will be looking into the bd manifold
