I think I just about ruled out getting a header... looks like most of the gain is in the upper RPM range. So of the available aftermarket manifolds... is there one that you al like over another or are they just about the same???

:Cheer:

getting the header to work with twins is very tricky, lot of custom work and bracing.

the most popular manifolds are
ATS
HTT
PDI

no sir, just came out that way. some say the ATS has a thicker wall than the others

I had heard that PDI was the most resistant to cracking, but who knows.

I have a PDI, And its a very nice piece of work, but i havent seen others to compare too.

I had a 2nd gen BD it had a small crack in it after two years( just a surface crack) and they replaced it for free!:rockwoot:

If your looking for one in terms of performance I'd imagine that all of them would be just about the same.

The ATS manifold outflows the others. Both out of the box and with a professional porting job.

I just picked up an ATS and it is a very nice piece. Don't know if it will perform better than the others, but it is a nice manifold.

Prob would notice it anyways. HTT always makes quality stuff. They also have a stainless steel cast manifold that just came out.(not tubular,CAST!)

mine is ats and it seems to work just fine.

On the CSI truck with twins on it they tried an HTT on the first motor and an ATS on the 2nd and the ATS looks bigger and better we didnt flow it or anything I have an ATS 3rd gen and it works good and makes it sound different

I have a T4 PDI on the motor now, but I had a T3 ATS before that and never had a problem with it.
