are they the same size on all CR's?

meaning, my 5" TB exhaust currently on my 06, will it fit on an 04. it is not an 04.5, it it just an 04.

no, not all the same.

03 & 04 different.... 04.5+ in the 59 class are similar

yes it would, you would have to change the cast elbow on the back of the stock turbo for it to work. you can buy just the elbow and clamp from the dealer, its like 75 or so dollars i believe.
