Will aftermarket exhausts from an 07 and earlier work on the 08?

Yup I have an 06 MBRP Exhaust kit on my 08 dually. And have installed them on half a dozen 6.7 trucks. You will have to drop the cross member to get the stock down pipe out if you get a turbo back kit. Hope this helps you!
